A heart attack can also be caused by the breaking of your heart by a girl. So let’s discover some scientific reasons of heart attacks. A heart failure (In French insuffisance cardiaque) is caused by the blockage of the heart muscle from the clot of blood in a coronary artery. These arteries supply oxygen and blood to the heart muscles and when blood is unable to reach to the heart then it causes heart attack. When heart is deprived from blood and oxygen then it is injured and chest pain is caused which results in heart failure.
It has been seen that one million dwellers of America suffer from heart attack. rnNow the point comes, how these clots are made? By Atherosclerosis plaques are collected in the walls of arteries. These plaques make the walls of the arteries harder and the inner passage called lumen is narrowed. Then it results in to the hindrance of free flow of blood and oxygen into the heart and it becomes the reason of heart failure. Legs also have so many arteries and clotting can happen over there too. It causes swelling in the legs and also even causes pain in the legs while doing exercise or sometime even while walking.
People who are under stress are frequent victims of heart attack (In French attaque cardiaque). It is said those people, who are emotional are more prone to attacks, rather than those people who are not that much emotional. So it’s not wrong that if a girl deserts the boy it can affect his heart. Our lifestyle is very much responsible for it. Eating unhealthy and having high cholesterol in the food can make devastating impacts on the heart of the people. So if you intend to keep your heart healthy then you just have to keep your heart away from worries and also from heavy cholesterol.
