Are you completely expressing your inner being or living your divine potential? If no, then what is it that is holding you back? Is it some happening, resource or an individual or something outside of you? Is it shortage of time? Possibly it’s an edification, wealth or health for that matter? These beliefs could go on and on. Now are you centering more on lack than on abundance? Many a times you have so much inside you that you actually feel like expressing, but you are afraid to let it out. Often we tend to blame others for our situations instead of facing the truth or holding ourselves 100% accountable for our lives. In fact, we focus more on our weakness instead of our strengths. rnWhatever may be holding you back from realizing your true potential, you have to reveal your inner potential by some way or the other. Make some effort to unleash your inner potential. rnThe first thing that you got to do is raise questions of yourself as what would be the consequences if you let out your true articulacy, faculty, and core being? What exactly it is? What troubles you the most? Is it a loss of safety or wellbeing? Could it be devotion? Or is it appreciation? rnThis is where yoga comes to picture. In fact, without practicing yoga, it would be very difficult to uncover some of the biggest obstructions that were actually holding you back. It is Yoga that brings a complete make over and unearths our prominence. It prevents us from ripping ourselves down. You would therefore require practicing self-acceptance and self-love and just let it go. rnWhen you begin with your Yoga sessions, your instructor will ask you to set an objective. At this point the goal set by you would be for ‘becoming genuinely complete and always honest.’ This indeed is the reverse of ‘I don’t want to be a deceptive.’ All the way through do remind yourself of how ‘truly whole and truthful’ you are. rnFor example in savasana, you completely personify and feel that intention is absorbing you, at the end of the session. Finally, take an action after class set an intention, so that you can move ahead and overcome the obstacle. By making a purpose and focusing on it for an extensive time, would allow you to let go and move ahead in life, so that you can unearth your inner potential.
