It is a high protein diet effective for weight loss, while at the same time put on muscle? In many ways, as I will outline below, is the only way to lose weight while putting on muscle.

There are two minimum requirements to lose weight while maintaining (or increasing) your muscle density: the high protein intake combined with caloric intake. Without complying with these basic principles, no amount of supplements, special exercises can make the slightest difference in the long run.

For many, the high protein diet is synonymous with the Atkins diet - but in reality, this is a wrong assumption. Those of you who have studied the Atkins diet is known that emphasizes foods with a low carbohydrate count, while at the same time advise feeding a lot of protein, regardless of calories and fat.

There are two groups of people that a high protein diet of most concern. Bodybuilders and overweight. Protein is an essential element for building muscle tissue, so any diet that provides very little is doomed to failure. In fact, who is on a diet should be alert to this factor. If you lose weight too quickly, for example through a radical reduction in caloric intake regardless of the quantification of proteins, skeletal muscle is lost. This is because fat stored in your body is more difficult to convert into energy the protein needs in the muscles.

So how do you know if your diet is providing enough protein? A simple way to tell is the way your breath smells. In times of food shortages, changes its metabolism to provide energy for essential body functions and mobility. Your brain especially needs a constant supply of sugars, which in times of scarcity will be provided by the muscles - the amino acids in the protein that has become muscle cells can be recovered and broken again to release the sugars. A byproduct of this process is the production of tones of keys, which are eliminated in the breath with a characteristic sweet odor. So if your breath smells strangely fragrant, a bit like acetone, for no apparent reason, and especially if you feel dizzy, your body basically began devouring itself.

The breakdown of fat, on the other hand, in its carbohydrate constituents (glycogen) and water requires a further step in the chemical process - and the energy to do so. A diet rich in protein can lead to a loss of water in the early stages, apparently tips the scales favorably. This rapid weight loss decreases fat deposits which can be accessed and decompose.

To avoid the unpleasant side effects of starvation, such as muscle contraction, protein should be consumed in sufficient quantities to keep pace with weight loss. And to get the fat stored in their cells to produce energy, you will need to shake the booty. Exercise increases circulation to the fat deposits, which are usually a kind of backwater circulation, as any huddling against a cool and tender back will have noticed.

Those who follow a high protein diet may experience mood swings and headaches, but overall energy levels are higher than a low-protein diet. In the long term, other factors such as fat, low fiber or high cholesterol should be taken into account to avoid unnecessary health risks.
