Do What You Love – Love What You Do

It was a series of challenging events (to say the least) and an unexpected “course correction” in my role as creative director back at the height of the dot com days in Silicon Valley, that left me bewildered, dazed and befuddled as to what was my next career step needed to be.

Stressed out to the max, I thought “I can’t do this anymore but what do I do instead?”

My uncle in all his wisdom, pointed me to hire this new thing called a “Career Coach” to help me determine my next steps. What I discovered was my passion for helping others find their sweet spot, that place where you get to be your best and “Do What You Love and Love What You Do.”

Like so many others, I’d hit a wall in my career and needed to change gears. Coaching was the light in the dark that helped me recognize one of my yet untapped talents – my intuitive ability to help others see the best in themselves.

Since that “awakening” in 2000, I went on to get trained and certified with Coaches Training Institute and the ICF, and started my company, Nectar Consulting, Inc. over 15 years ago. I also hold a variety of other certifications including Talent Dynamics and Rapid Transformational Therapy, which have satisfied my insatiable need for learning, personal growth and professional mastery. I also have joined an exciting new coaching collective called Exoteric to be of service to more entrepreneurs worldwide.

At the heart of my work with entrepreneurs, business owners and executives, is the desire to help more women reclaim their confidence, while stepping into their natural talents and sense of purpose to create their definition of a life well-lived and a career they love.

I’ve always sought the road less traveled and have created a unique, Inside-Out approach to assist you in crafting your career and business success. I incorporate a variety of different holistic and intuitive practices into my work, which are rooted in the neuroscience and physics of how our mind-body system functions, all to assist you in rewiring your brain for success.

And that’s just the inside part!

Once you’ve reclaimed your confidence and achieved clarity about your path ahead, then I bring a whole host of strategic business, marketing, sales, branding, leadership and organizational development tools to bare on your unique situation, to make the quantum leaps you’re looking to achieve.

What I’ve discovered along my own career path is that when you can get to that place of knowing, at the deeper, subconscious level, that You are Enough, you quickly become Unstoppable.

Not from a place of ego, but from a place of quiet calm, effusive joy and clarity of mind.

And isn’t that what we all want?
