Some have been viewed as good daily habits for a long-term are quietly encroached on our health. What are actually these habits are? Come and have a look.

Shower every day? Rinse after brushing teeth? These seemingly healthy habits may cause great damage to you.

Could your daily routine be ruining your health? We all know that smoking, drinking and bingeing on junk food are behaviors to avoid if we want to keep fit — but an increasing amount of research is emerging to suggest other seemingly benign habits could also be bad for us.

There are the seven daily sins and what we can do about them?

1. Take shower everydayr
The modern preoccupation with personal hygiene could be to the detriment of our skin, according to Dr Nick Lowe, consultant dermatologist at the Canley Clinic in London.

He says that using the hot water combined with harsh soaps strip the skin of its oil, resulting in dryness, even infection. If you can’t accept shower every day, you can wash with cooler water at least. Or you have tendency towards dry skin, use a soap-free shower gel or aqueous cream.

2. Sleep eight hours everydayr
Professor Jim Horne point out that sleep eight hour is a modern convention that could be make you feeling more tired. A short 4 to 15-minute nap can be as good effect as an extra hour at night.

“Some people think that it’s a bad thing to wake up in midnight, which is destructive to the quality of our sleep, actually, “he added.

3. Rising after brushing teethrn‘Rinsing washes away the protective fluoride coating left by the toothpaste, which would otherwise add hours of protection.’ Whatever you don’t brush teen after eating

You can image how much bacterium around the look. You may get many skin disease and diverticular disease.

5. Cleaningr
This is good news for those lazy people because a new study shows that cleaning actually do harm to our health. The study showed that those who took on most of the responsibility for running the home had significantly higher blood pressure than those who left it to their partner.

6. Wrong way breathingr
The right way to breathe is inflate your stomach as you breathe in, while keeping your chest relatively still — imagine a beach ball inflating in the space between your belly button and your spine, pushing your tummy out. Then contract your abdominal muscles on the exhale.

7. Relaxing after dinnerr
We’ve always been like that-after a busy day, you have a hurry dinner and immediately relaxing on the sofa for an hour and quickly take a shower before go bed. It’s easy to get fat and do big harm to your stomach. But if you take a walk 20 minutes after dinner, even you finish your eating late in 8pm or 9pm, you still can keep fit.
