Do You Know of the YES Program?

Do you know of the Yes Program? Let me share this with you and how it came into my life. One of my dearest friends, Suz, used this as a lifestyle tool for herself as long as I had known and cherished her. Suz introduced this wonderful tool to me one time when I called her for a reflection and some clarity on a situation in my life that remained cloudy no matter how I looked/felt into it. Since we are all connected in this wondrous Universe, that is really not as we perceive it and is actually Energy and Encoded information, this subjects us to being “reactive”, sometimes in ways that are confounding for us…sometimes in ways that are old and way to familiar. Regardless of the reason, reaction is really common for we humans. Suz chose to measure her choices and decisions from the inside out, by checking in on her YES, when someone, or Life, asked her to do something when she was feeling unclear or challenged. This is how she did this. “ I just listen to the offer or condition or my own confusion and then I measure my YES inside of me…usually I feel this around my heart area, sometimes my solar plexus.” “Then I ask myself, ‘is this a full YES?’ If not, I will report to the person, ‘I do not have a full YES on this yet, so I will need more time to arrive at that place for me. I will get back to you and let you know my decision’.” “Now, after this conversation, I begin asking myself questions: • What will it take for this to be a full YES for me? • What is missing? • Do I want a full yes on this? • Am I in resistance anywhere?rnThrough this process, I can discover what is really true for me.” What I watched and learned from Suz as she lived her Life she was sooooo vibrantly alive, right to what we call an end. She devoted herself to YES being her answer to Life calling her forth, offering her blessings, opportunities, and choices that she may never have thought of or invited consciously. Then her next step when she knew from the inside out, that she really had a YES….she took action…maybe baby step action, if need be, none the less – steps of action, so her YES could have some life in her everyday world. I realized from learning and practicing this is my life what a profound support we provide for ourselves when we practice saying YES to life to compensate and balance out all of those NO’s that we have heard our whole entire life. NO’s really assist us in developing resentment and resistance to others ideas and values that are being placed on us and it can fortify our attachment to our values and ideas we hold so dearly, regardless if they are beneficial or not, just familiar enough to cause attachment. What I also recognized is NO is a word created by humanity, for control over something…usually another human being. The Universe ONLY KNOWS YES!!! YES to life on every level where life is supportive and created in the Divine Order of all that is. What I have learned, if I really want to be clear and alive, I choose to follow the Universal Plan. It has been here way longer than humanity or me and that is good enough for me to know that it works. When I know this, I can choose and live from trust and make choices from my YES which will make my life much more congruent and resonant with the Universal Plan. This will reduce my stress, increase my mental and emotional balance, strengthen my immune system and allow me to recognize my choices to determine my sense and experience of JOY and ALIVENESS!! Suz proved this to me. She was always saying YES and was so alive, even as she released her last breath. I am saying YES to life Suz, especially in these challenging times when aliveness becomes more valuable than we ever imagined. Thank you Dear Heart Sister for such a bountiful legacy for my Life.
