In March 2017 we achieved a milestone that built upon our 2016 work. During 2016 we successfully conducted two virtual Passion Test for Business, Part I, certification courses and in March 2017 we held our Part II course in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All courses together, we had participants from Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Dominican Republic, and various states in the USA. We genuinely enjoyed the diversity and each participant enriched our courses.

In our Passion Test for Business certification courses, we train consultants to work with entrepreneurs, executive leaders, small, midsize companies and large corporations and implement a proven process that increases a company’s success – enhanced teamwork, productivity, excellence, innovation and profitability.

Our Passion Test for Business Consultants work with companies to identify the Unique Contribution that sets a company apart from others in the marketplace and industry. They work with leaders and teams to develop business strategies based on what matters most to the leaders, employees and company success and create alignment that leads to increased employee engagement, excellence and effectiveness. Our consultants are trained to conduct a very powerful half-day workshop that helps participants identify their work and core passions, the “why” behind it. This experience allows leaders and staff to understand how their work passions contribute to the company’s value and leave them feeling empowered to take ownership of the company strategy. To bring lasting results and assure implementation of the strategy and actions, the Passion Test for Business Consultant creates a Culture Action Plan together with the company leaders and continues implementation follow up as needed.
