Some parasites and worms can obstruct certain organs like the colon causing constipation, liver and the bile duct. Diarrhea, gas, and bloating. You may find you alternate between diarrhea and constipation. Allergies or skin rashes. Lack of energy, tiredness, apathy, anxiety, depression and lack of concentration. Unusual joint or muscle pain. Weakened immune system and susceptible to colds and yeast infections such as Candida or thrush. General feeling of being unwell or unhealthy and trouble gaining or losing weight. The health conditions described above are symptoms of a possible parasite infection – if they are causing you to feel unwell, what are they doing to your insides? They are stopping you getting the nutrients you need from the food you eat. Parasites can impair nutrient absorption, which over time can cause a range of different, serious conditions. People can prevent parasites by washing fruits and vegetables well. Also be very careful when handling meat and cook meat thoroughly. Only drink good quality filtered water and wash your hands frequently. Keep your living environment clean. Ensure your pets are kept clean and checked for parasites.Most importantly do a regular colon cleanse to ensure you intestines and colon are parasite free and in a healthy condition. No-one likes to think of parasites living, feeding and excreting inside their bodies, but parasite infestations are very common in modern western societies and researchers estimate around 80% of adults living in North America are infected.
