Did it ever happen to you? Does this sound familiar? You make some money, then you lose it soon enough. How about intentionally throwing your money away, on something you know is not going to work?
You'll find many excuses. You may think it is because you are not focused enough, that you don't do enough research, that there is too much information etc. etc.
OK, you may not be aware of it, but if there is something bad in your subconscious about making money, you are not going to be successful at making it.
Is your money thermostat set too low?
If your inner money thermostat is set at a certain comfort zone, your income will go back to it, like the temperature in a room will do, once the thermostat is set.
So, how do you know on what amount money your inner money thermostat is set on?
Simple enough, you look at how much you are making.
The trick is how you get to the subconscious factors that affect the thermostat.
Since it is subconscious how can you possibly find out?
What is going on unde eath the surface?
-Do you feel you deserve to make more money? Are you good enough?
-Are you too young? Too old? Uneducated?
-Is it safe for you?
-Does your spouse deserves it?
The good news is that all the answers are within and there is a technique that not only allows you to find what is causing the subconscious sabotage but also how to easily and quickly remove it.
My books The First Key, How to Remove Subconscious Sabotage (Now available also as an e-book) and How to Remove Self Sabotage to Financial Success (with 2 DVDs and a CD) outline techniques that not only allows you to find what is causing the subconscious sabotage - but also how to easily and quickly remove it.
Fear-based subconscious sabotage occurs when people feel it is unsafe for them to achieve a goal either from fear of failure or fear of success.
Fear of failure is more common than a fear of success.
Thoughts of failure often include:
"If I try to get better and fail then I'll feel like a failure."
Or "If I'm not really trying, then there is always the illusion that I can get better if I really give it my best shot."
Fear of success is less intuitively known, but it can come from a variety of sources. For example, suppose you fear that you will become successful financially.
Why should you fear that kind of success?
Because:
-What if you become unsuccessful again? "People may laugh at me."
-"The higher you get to begin with, the harder the fall."
-You have a fear of the unknown. "I'm miserable now, but I'm familiar with it."
-You'll have more responsibilities. "They expect more of successful people."
-"I'll expect more from myself."
-"I'll have all the stress and risks and headaches, and with my low self-esteem, I'll fail all expectations"
Or
-You may have the subconscious belief that when you'll be successful your friends and family would be jealous or resentful, or they'll take advantage of you.
Or
-"I'll be too busy to enjoy life, I'll lose my family, and I'll lose my privacy by getting too much unwanted attention."
-"If I'll have too much money I may not be spiritual."
-"What if I'll achieve my goal and still feel miserable?"
Or
-You may have the belief that it is impossible or very difficult to change.
-"With all my childhood traumas and previous failures, how can I get better?"
-"It takes years of psychotherapy to have some improvement."
