There are very few moments in life that are more difficult than when you break up with someone who you were very close to or had strong feelings for. When your relationship with your partner ends, the feelings of happiness and joy you experienced when you first met are suddenly replaced by denial, sadness, frustration and anger. Most people fail to rekindle their relationship only because nobody has shown them a step-by-step plan they can follow to successfully get back together with their ex. The trick lies in applying them correctly in order to get back together with your ex and not making the situation even worse than it is already. That is what this article is about. It will explain how you can use 2 very powerful strategies in order to reconcile with your ex fast and painlessly. #1. Take a step back - DO NOT make a mistake of trying to get back together with your ex before you can reflect back on your relationship and determine the reasons for the break up. This is especially true in the initial stage of the break up. They start leaving messages on their ex's voice mail, text messaging them, sending e-mails and gifts, etc. This is the total opposite of what you should be doing. When the time comes for you to resume contact with your ex, you should do so as nonchalantly as possible. Go out for coffee or a quick lunch and keep the mood light and fun. DO NOT discuss your relationship or getting back together yet. This approach will pay serious dividends in the long run.
