Self esteem the elusive energy or feeling that many people believe is hard to come by and may not see the use for it in their lives. Is it about if only you could, in other words is it about wishful thinking? It is about bragging and making yourself to be more than you are?nnGetting angry Is anger a part of your daily life, do you find that you get angry very easy and for no reason. Do you find your aggression getting out of hand and that you have a hard time with criticism? This is a sign that your self-esteem is not very healthy.nnSearching for love With low self-esteem you may look for loves in the wrong places because you feel empty and anyone who can give to you some attention or affection, even it is negative you will accept it because you do not feel deserving of real love.nnSacrificing Do you find yourself sacrificing who you are often, to fit in or get what you want? Do you find that you pass all your values that make you who you are as a person?nnYour values Do you find yourself passing your values, the things you believe in, what makes you unique; if you do then you are short changing yourself. You may find yourself willing to do things for the immediate pay off only to regret it later on because you forgot you.nnBeing a victim Do you see things that happen to you as part of a conspiracy, and that people are all out to hurt you? If this is part of your daily life, your self esteem is in pain.nnPast hurts Your pass hurts may hold you back from moving forward because you have not been able to face it. Taking the time to look at it and forgive yourself and those that have hurt you is a sign of moving into the light of a healthy self-esteem. nnBecoming clear It is sometimes much easier to blame another than to take responsibility for your actions. When you become clear then you can no longer blame another you begin the process of a healthy self-esteem.nnLooking for validation Getting someone to love you is like the wind moving, it last a short time. Getting validated by another or may people last only for a short time and you may look outside of yourself for that only to realize that your self esteem is created from within by you.nnHealthy self-esteem A person with healthy self-esteem sees it also in others and they recognize the worth in other, they celebrate in their joy, strength and gifts.nnConclusion: Building a healthy self-esteem can help you have a happy and joyful life whether you are in a relationship or not and it start with a willingness to look at yourself and make change.
