It is okay to change things around with unsweetened iced teas, regular teas, or black coffee (no sugary esspressos or cream). You’ll want to give up drinking milk, fruit juice, and sugary sodas. They are just more calories that will only hinder this diet plan. Finally, take a day off each week — You'll like this rule. One day every 7 days, let yourself go and take in whatever you would like. Frozen treats, biscuits, candy bars… have them all… as much as you would like. Don’t look at it as “undoing” your precious work you undoubtedly put in. Doing this will raise how many calories you take in, which will literally prevent your metabolism from reducing.
