Does energy healing help with psychological health? Oh my, yes!

If the person is indeed energy in a form that is undeniably and scientifically measurable, then energy healing as a modality is a powerful healing tool. Furthermore, it makes sense that energy medicine by its very nature, must begin with psychological health.

As a health psychologist and one who practices energetic healing, it is a forthcoming theory that because the brain controls all functions in the body, the only way to heal the body is to first heal the mind.

If I can elaborate, please. Too often people separate the mind from the body, the psyche from the being and thought from the physical. People in other words, do not recognize that the body is a mirror reflection of how the mind is conducting the business of being a spirit in a physical form.

How the mind perceives the world and immediate environment will be evident in the physical and emotional health of the body. Therefore, if the mind is not well, the body cannot be well.

If one utilizes energy to remove negative frequencies from the mind, the body will likewise reflect the healthier state of the mind. It is like the saying, “You are what you eat.” But in this case, “You are what you think.” If your thought-life is contaminated with low frequency painful thoughts or memories, the body responds to the negative patterns of energy or low frequency patterns the mind sends out to the body.

The body will not reflect a vibrant happy state, instead, it will reflect or exhibit an unhappy or low frequency state the mind is emanating. This regulatory state cannot be ignored as the measure of health the body can demonstrate. If one’s psychological state is low, depressed, and devalued the body will look just like the mind performs.

So, energetic medicine has to start with the psychological state by adjusting its frequencies and removing any viruses from the ‘hard drive’ of the brain. If this is not the first step in healing, the body cannot heal. Just as 80% of illnesses are psychosomatic, or caused by the way one thinks, then 80% of healing will in the same manner be psychosomatic to be effective. Shifting thought energy waves ultimately shifts physical waves.

psy·cho·so·mat·ic

adjective

(of a physical illness or other condition) caused or aggravated by a mental factor such as internal conflict or stress.
"her doctor was convinced that most of Edith's problems were psychosomatic"

synonyms:

(all) in the mind, psychological, irrational, stress-related, stress-induced, subjective, subconscious, unconscious

"a diagnosis of psychosomatic illness should not be made lightly"

relating to the interaction of mind and body.
If one is diagnosed with a mental illness the reaction is, “Wow, I am messed up.” If one diagnosed with a physical illness the reaction is, “Wow, something messed me up.” We naturally own our minds because they are our very essence. Our bodies, on the other hand, are more vulnerable to outside influences like disease. But I theorize that if the mind is healthy and reflects a high frequency vibration then the body will be vibrating at high frequency as well because its control center of the mind or mother board, is functioning as it was designed. That design is to create a healthy state, better known as homeostasis, i.e. total health.

Hence, (holistic) Mind, Body, Spirit., e.g. Psychological, Physical and Spiritual.

I would if I could, share this message with the world.
