Well, a common problem that could occur is time lagging. Data not only has to travel from your broker to your home based PC or laptop computer, but it then has to travel to your VNC server, and then finally to your Ipad. Of course, executing trades on time is of crucial importance when day trading, so we could see this as being problematic. MT4 on iPad is shockingly bad, with limitations all over the place.
