Hasn’t just about every beautiful woman in this world at one time or another tried to lose weight, get fitter, feel better and organize her life while attempting to go on a diet? Certainly the majority of Lovely Ladies that I have the pleasure of working with admit to trying a few too many along their lifeline. Let’s delve into the sensibility of it all and this time prepare yourself to come to terms with the fact that “this time” being logical and using good judgment will rein strong.

At the end of every glistening dream diet seems to be a rainbow filled with pipe dreams, liquid fixes, the infamous movie stars, rock stars and TV personalities that finally get the opportunity to kiss the so-called leprechaun. Now we all know that the little green man doesn’t exist and therefore, being that we are fully aware and intuitive on our travels we completely and utterly understand to the fullest of our capabilities that attempting to follow a diet where restrictions and ridiculous recommendations for our dreams to ever come true are just that, a waste of our money, time and even worse, our priceless energy.
Therefore, as we travel together you will not fall prey ever again to their false hope, false promises and bottomless pits of purpose. Here’s a friendly reminder about what you can do to make a difference in your life today, tomorrow and forever in your future.

TAKE ACTION

~Shop for healthy foods and prepare your meals prior to your hunger. ~Acknowledge that “Rome wasn’t built in a day” and be patient with yourself. ~Be aware of the helpful steps you can take on a daily basis and see them through to fruition. ~Ponder over portion sizes on a consistent basis until it becomes second nature. ~Do not give excuses the time of day and continue taking steps toward the future you dream about, the life you envision for yourself and the castle in the sky you wish for. ~Remember to reward yourself for your efforts and accomplishments. Positive reinforcement goes a long way regardless of what decade you reside in. ~Say “no” more often than not and stick to your guns of taking better care of yourself to the best of your ability. If you don’t do it, who will? ~Move those sexy curves of yours on a regular basis and keep that body of yours on it’s toes. ~Enter into your journey by tackling one day at a time.

Be open to trying new things to help you succeed and truly make a difference in your life; you can alter your future right now. Take action now, make a difference today and change your life forever!
