Easy to make lemon spray

There cannot be an easier lemon spray than making this one, just squeeze in juice of one and half lemon in 8 Oz of water. Now put this lemon solution in a spray bottle and spray it all over your pet’s body. After spraying the pet make sure, you comb it. Dog fleas hate the fragrance of lemon and they will stay away from your pet.

Oranges

Oranges are another home remedies that will cure dog fleas. Just cut an orange into half and rub it all over the pet’s skin. You may need to part the dog’s skin for doing this. The fragrance of oranges is very refreshing and will kill dog fleas if any present on the dog.

Shallow bowls of water

Take a shallow bowl and fill it with soapy water preferably use dish detergent to make the soapy water. Put the bowl near a low hanging light source. The light must be of strong intensity so that fleas will get attracted to the light and will drop in to the bowl. They will be unable to escape from the soapy solution and will die. Keep this dish with the soapy water for about three to four days.

Dish washing liquid

Dog’s fleas are killed more effectively by dishwashing detergents than any harmful flea shampoo. Bath the dog with this liquid detergent and rinse it properly. This will kill all fleas and will keep your dog healthy and active.

White vinegar

Add two caps of white vinegar in a bucket of water. After you have shampooed the dog, wash it properly and then at the end give it a wash with this water and vinegar solution.

Flea comb

Grooming the pet and keeping it in neat and clean condition will always keep dog fleas and even ticks away from pets. You must check the dog every day for fleas and ticks. Part its fur and examine to see if there is any fleas or ticks present.
