Ingredients:

18 - Medium Organic Potatoes - I used russet potatoes, but any organic potato will do. Cut them into french fries strips and oven bake them or use an air fryer. (Set the oven to 400 degrees, place the fries on a cookie sheet and spread them apart, at 30 minutes turn them over and brown for another 20 or 30 minutes, and then when golden brown remove from the oven.)

48 - Oz of Cooked Organic Garbanzo Beans - Slightly Mashed

3 - Bottles of Organic Fat-Free Marinara Sauce - 24 oz each

2 - Oz of Organic Nutritional Yeast Powder

1 - Tablespoon of Organic Garlic Powder

5 - Organic Veggie Salt-Free Bouillon Cubes

4 - Large Organic Zucchini - Sliced

1 - Large Red Organic Bell Pepper - Sliced

12 - Oz of Pitted Organic Green or Black Olives - Sliced

1 - 10 oz package of Shredded Vegan Mozzarella Cheese

Salt and Pepper to Taste
Take a deep 9 x 13-inch pan and place 3/4 of the french fries on the bottom of the pan. Then in a bowl add the garbanzo beans, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, bouillon cubes, and olives, salt, and pepper to taste…and mash all of it together to a coarsely mashed consistency. And spread that garbanzo bean mixture over the french fries. Then add one bottle of marinara sauce over everything, and then add a layer of zucchini. Then add another layer of marinara sauce and another layer of french fries and then add some vegan mozzarella cheese - not much just a little. Then garnish the whole thing with slices of red bell pepper.

Place the pan in a 425-Degree oven for 90 minutes or until it starts to brown on top or is heated all the way through.

Remover from the oven and let cool and cut and serve.

Serves 15 to 20 people or 6 really hungry guys

This lasagna actually tastes better if made the day before and placed in the frig so the flavors blend together.

And this dish can easily be frozen for later use or for cooking later.

People love this because they get their french fries without all the guilt and this recipe is super tasty.

Enjoy!

“Health Benefits of Nutritional Yeast”

Nutritional Yeast is always organic and is one of the healthiest foods you can enjoy with hundreds of health benefits. This is not live yeast and it has nothing to do with Candida, nutritional yeast is good all around nutrition that is gluten free and very high in protein, fiber, and immune boosting agents. Nutritional Yeast is not a live product, it’s been pasteurized and it’s totally different from baking yeast, brewers yeast, and other types of yeast.

In fact, Nutritional Yeast is one of the best sources of B vitamins including B12 which is important if you are a vegan.

Plus Nutritional Yeast has over 13 grams of protein per oz (high protein), and with very few calories – lower than 80 calories per oz. Just a couple of tablespoons has more protein than you find in 6 grams of beef, 1 egg, and even 1 cup of milk. – Wow!

Plus all that great fiber provides good nutrition for probiotic bacteria in our gut.

Nutritional Yeast also contains beta glucans which are important for boosting up our immune system… and helping our immune cells to kill cancer cells, fungal infections, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and more. Beta glucans are one of the best anti-cancer agents around… helping to protect the body from tumor growth. Nutritional Yeast has a salty, cheesy, nutty, taste that is great when sprinkled on lasagna, stir-fries, works well when cooking tofu, scrambled eggs, pasta, sprinkled on popco
