Drugs to Enhance Performance is Disastrous

This statement became so true because of the death of Michael Jackson. Why anyone needs drugs to make it through life in any endeavor is something I find hard to understand.
However there are millions of people who have a drug abuse problem besides Michael Jackson, and the problem is getting worse every day. There are safer ways to handle challenges and difficulties in life besides having to resort to taking drugs.
Of course most people don't hear about alte
ative methods rather than taking drugs. The news media is so influenced by Big Pharma the average citizen never thinks about other methods of dealing with challenges in life.
It's hard for me to understand why people want to abuse their body by taking drugs or any kind of stimulants. Here's the way it seems to be with many people today who are trying to solve their various problems and discomforts:

* They can't sleep, so they take a pill
* They got a headache, so they take a pill
* They are highly stressed, so they take a pill
* They got a pain somewhere in their body, so they take a pill

With some people this same routine goes on day and night, week after week, month after month, even year after year and all of a sudden, POW! Something inside their body explodes. Now they have a heart attack like Michael Jackson or they develop a serious illness or disease and they wonder why this happening to me?
Here are just a few other common side effects you may eventually experience too:

* Drainage crusting or oozing of your eyes or eyelids.
* Swollen black or "hairy" tongue
* Purple spots on your skin
* Blue lips or finge
ails
* Paralysis
* Liver damage
* Kidney damage
* Blood clot in your lung
* Congestive heart failure
* Bleeding that will not stop
* And many more

Is it really worth taking medication if the cure is worse than the illness or disease? I sure wouldn't think so but I have friends and family who do.
Here's something else very important to think about also. Much of the problem would be avoided if you found a doctor who uses drugs only as a last resort.
If you find you fortunate enough to find a doctor who practices natural healing methods to cure your illness or disease you will be much better off that taking any drugs. There seems to be more of these types of doctors available today than ever before.
One way to find one of these types of doctors is to ask the people who own or work in health food stores. They are usually aware of them. However I would ask more than one of these people before you make a decision to visit one of them that they recommend.
Now if you don't think it is always necessary to be treated by one of these types of doctors let me warn you how very important it really is.
You may not be aware of this but if you rely strictly on a doctor who only prescribes prescription drugs for your ailment you could be in for a rude awakening.
You see not only are prescription drugs side effects alarming but also because of other medical errors doctors make, 250,000 Americans die every year because of them.
Many intelligent and talented people's lives could be saved if they only got the true story of how to truly live a healthy life. But there are sources that practice greed and only care about bottom line profits instead of other people's health and welfare. You may think that's a very crude statement but it is actually true and there is plenty of proof to back up that statement.
It seems the only way to get the true story about developing a healthy lifestyle is to listen to health researchers such as me and thousands of others who spread the same type philosophy. As long as I'm physically and mentally able I will continue to publish all the findings I have found about natural healings.
