Dry skin is one of the most common skin problems.Most of the people complain of dry skin in winter season.A person can have dry skin if his body is deficient in essential oils.Essential oils help in the production of sebum which makes the skin moist and healthy.Most common parts of the body where you can see dry skin are face,arm and legs.

If you want to treat dry skin you should use cold water for washing your face and body.You should eat fish and other sea foods which provide essential oils which are needed for a healthy skin.After taking bath you should apply a skin lotion which contains essential oils.Your diet should contain lot of green vegetables and fruits as they contain sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals.To maintain the moisture of your skin you should drink lot of water as it makes your skin soft and washes out all the harmful toxins from your body.You should also apply oil on your body which should be rich in vitami
