Dubai offers very distinguished and world class residential and commercial investment prospect to all those nationals and foreigners interested to invest in United Arab Emirates. Dubai real estate industry is at climax making it most sought-after destination compelling people to buy villas in Dubai and seek apartments for sale in Dubai. Dubai has gained popularity in British where people seek Dubai residence as second home purchaser followed by its modern and developed lifestyle and sub-tropical weather conditions. Dubai has a cosmopolitan environment bringing together the nationals of several countries around the world. Palm Jumeirah offers one of the largest selections of residential property for sale in the region.

The United Arab Emirates is comprised of seven emirates including Dubai. Dubai is considered as the most developed emirate of the UAE. It is the largest state by population and the second largest by the area in UAE. Dubai shares its borders with Saudi Arabia and Oman. Dubai differs in economic dependence from other emirates of UAE. It receives only 6% finances from oil trade while the rest of the economy relies on tourism industry and service industry. Dubai cities are divided into two and the other is Bur Dubai. Deira is the centre of the city. Residential Dubai properties mostly liked by the foreigners are those
of Palm Jumeirah in the western part of the city. Most construction projects are being developed in the west of city as the locals and expatriates are more inclined to buy residential property in such area which has closer proximity to airport, beaches and other facilities like big malls, hospitals, etc. The types of residential properties sought by people both nationals and those foreigners seeking investment opportunities in Dubai are apartments and villas located in such area which has proper security arrangement, shopping malls, gyms, swimming pools, snooker club, tennis court and other communal recreational facilities and business opportunities.

Until 2002, only citizens of Dubai and the citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council were eligible to own property in the region. Since government has adapted the policy to allow expatriates to own property in the region, Dubai has gone through considerable development in real estate sector. There are several residential projects which offer world class lifestyle and facilities for their inhabitants. Most of the people when looking for apartments for sale in Dubai prefer Palm Island due to vast range of facilities offered by the society. They are also interested in Palm Jumeirah to buy villas in Dubai. These two are considered in most developed residential projects in United Arab Emirates.

Investment in Dubai has several advantages for nationals and expatriate businessmen. The most eye-catching advantage is the pace of economic development and favorable business conditions like political and social stability. World’s biggest construction projects make it attractive place for foreigner companies to expand their business. Another advantage is absence of individual and corporate income taxes which saves considerable amount for people. It is always better to get financial counseling before establishing business or investing in Dubai.
