Credit is the bottleneck for e-business development and credit is also the soul of e-business. We can see that many people are still worry about the credit problems in e-business. They may worry about the product quality or the product is not the same as the description posted on the website. Credit also includes payment concerns. Some people bought products on e-business websites when they found out the products are defective; they may have difficulty in dealing with the issue, compared to some products bought from real shops. Some sellers posted beautiful pictures on the websites and sent bad quality or bad colored products to the buyers. Buyers were not willing to pay for the products if they were not satisfied with the products they received. rnNow many B2C and B2B business websites have processed verification on the suppliers and the products they posted. They may check the information distributor’s business license. It is urged to maintain e-business transactions legal identity to protect buyers and seller’s interest. rnE-business market also needs laws and regulations to curb illicit competition, such as some e-business companies may gossip the competitors, or release untrue information or advertisement, even infringement of trademark on the internet. Credit rating system is really practical. Now the system is still under construction.
