This is important because many programs may incorporate more exercise than your body is ready for, and you can get burned out very quickly. With the combination of healthy eating habits, proper portion sizes and increased physical activity, Jenny Craig puts you well on your way to reaching your weight loss goals. For those who can't make it to the center for their weekly consultation, or just prefer not to go to a center, there is the Jenny Direct option. Jenny Direct allows you to have your weekly consultation over the phone and your food is shipped directly to your home. The Jenny Direct option is usually great for those who travel a lot, lead busy lifestyles or don't live near a local center. Using Jenny Craig to lose weight can be a good option no matter which program you choose. An important part of weight loss is having the right tools.
