Eating Strategies to Blast Away Unwanted FatIf you’re like most guys out there, you’ll know full well just how difficult it can actually be to lose weight and achieve the body of your dreams, or even simply a healthy BMI for that matter. Beer and alcohol tends to taste good, as well as pizza, burger, and other fast foods and junk foods, while salads and grilled chicken simply does not. It’s not all doom and gloom however, because with just the right advice and eating strategies, you can blast away that unwanted fat, while still enjoying great tasting and healthy food. It can take weeks, even months to lose excess body fat, yet you can gain it within a matter of days. For that reason, it’s important to be ahead of the game and to know exactly what to do to help obliterate unwanted fat from your body once and for all. You need to be consuming less fat, less salt, and less sugar, and way more fruits, veggies, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats, in a variety of different ways.

Mix up your diet This may sound odd at first, but when you stop and actually think about it, it makes perfect sense. If you’re serious about losing weight, you need to be in it for the long haul. That means you need to do all that you can to ensure that you enjoy your new healthy eating regime, so that you’re going to be much less likely to quit. If you ate the same foods day in and day out, over and over and over again, you’d soon get sick of them and would be tempted to cheat on your diet. If you mix things up however, you needn’t worry as you’d have plenty of variety to choose from, and as they say ‘variety is the spice of life’.

Drink plenty of water – As far as weight loss is conce ed, we simply can’t stress enough just how important water actually is, and not just from a weight loss stand point, but from a general health and well-being stand point too. Water helps keep us hydrated, it keeps us moving, it keeps our muscles fuelled, and it even helps boost the metabolism and flushes out toxins from the body. Water also helps to relieve bloating, which is often caused by a lack of water and too much sodium (salt).

Eat small meals every three hours – When it comes to weight loss, your metabolism is your best friend, and for that reason, you need to do all you can to ensure that it’s kept happy and satisfied. You can do this by feeding it no later than every three hours throughout the day. Eating in this way helps keep it fuelled and running at its full capacity. The better it’s running, the more calories it’ll burn off and convert into energy, so not only will you be losing weight, you’ll also feel energised as well. Try to eat healthy, wholesome, natural foods and meals, in small quantities. If you struggle with small portions, simply use a smaller plate. It may sound silly, but again, it really works

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
