Organizations and therapists are exploring Anger Management as a means to increase productivity and promote harmony at all levels of the hierarchy. Generally, stress and anger is more visible among line and field employees as compared to middle and upper management levels. Relationships between a husband and wife can also get strained on account of physical and verbal abuse. Abusive relationships are often symptoms of mismanaged anger and dissatisfaction.
