The growth and prosperity of any business concern rests on the shoulder of an efficient management team. A potential manager should always be equipped with considerable amount of knowledge and resources to be compatible working in his/her preferred arena and should always update him/her regularly to stay ahead in the competition. Thus the best performance of a team undoubtedly depends on the efficiency of the management team. A manager should not only focus on giving his/her 100 percent but also extract the maximum output from the team members concerned. Therefore an excellent co-ordination between the manager and the team members is the primary requirement for a successful management team.

It is on the part of the manager to analyze and access his/her potential. Taking into account the performances of other managers from the related domains a certain manager can not only gather ample information in his/her field of work but also by conducting researches can enhance his/her management skills that enables him/her to progressively climb the management ladder. A good manager is one who always keeps an eye on the performance of the team members, watches their reactions and works along with them guiding through difficult situations. The interactive nature of the management job requires the managers to be flexible in order to work with the team members.

Excellent leadership skills are inevitable for building an efficient management team. A manager should therefore primarily focus on defining the specific goals and implementing plans to achieve the desired targets. With good managerial skills a manager can keep his/her team members enthusiastic by inducing a feeling of oneness. Successful with the plans is not something what the managers come up with all the time, but making provisions for the wrong as well marks the efficiency of a good manager. Having defined the goals, the next important part is to make arrangements for the necessary resources and provide trainings to the team members to achieve the desired goal within specified time limit.

Having the plans properly set to go with adequate resources, it is probably the best time to demonstrate the managerial skills. Managers not only have to analyze the situations and plan accordingly, but also ensure that the team members work according to the plans. Some situations may arise during the course of action when some adjustments are needed to be made. Presumption of such situations and flexibility to make necessary adjustments and take quick decisions are some qualities that the managers should possess invariably. Nevertheless, management job may seem to be daunting, but with positive approach and right efforts, a successful management team is on the offerings.

Thus summing up from the above discussion, a best management team is one which involves the integrity and involvement of the entire team members. A manager should not only formulate plans but also stick to them whatever may be the results. From this aspect, provisions should be there for both the best and worst scenarios. A manager should be concerned with fixing the problems rather than shifting the blames. Precise idea about the ongoing project and experience in that matter enable a manager to achieve the target within the consigned time limit.
