Too much stress is unpleasant and unhealthy. The following tips are useful for almost everyone to reduce stress complaints. The worst thing someone can do that is not going well is to say it is going well. (Flow block calendar) Of course you don't have to announce to everyone that you are busy and stressed, but to the people close to you this is not an unnecessary luxury. It is better to follow some advice well for a short period of time, than to execute and rush many advice at the same time.

1. Take care of your body

  • Stop smoking, use less alcohol and less coffee
  • Lower the bar
  • Get enough sleep (but not too much)
  • Eat healthy
  • Exercise sufficiently

2. Relax

  • Take half a day a week for yourself (hobby, sport, a good book, visiting friends, film et cetera)
  • Do relaxation exercises
  • Take a lunch break
  • Listen to music

3. Improve your time management

  • Work more efficiently by bundling activities (for example: read your mail twice a day)
  • Have an empty head (use a to-do list, plan actions, clean up)
  • Set priorities
  • Don't postpone decisions

4. Don't be a perfectionist

  • Try to think realistic (do disasters happen if you're not perfect?)
  • Fight the thoughts that something "must" ("it must be finished now", "I must ... know / be able"). Instead of “must” enter “want”.
  • Work with the 80/20 rule
  • Plan fun things

5. Be assertive

  • Learn to say “no”
  • Set your limits and stand up for yourself
  • Delegate
  • Communicate effectively

6. Consider the work done

  • Enjoy success, take your time
  • Check off the action points and enjoy the work done
  • Ensure that for every negative statement / concept, three positive statements / thoughts are

7. Look for good solutions

  • List what gives you tension
  • Stop doing what doesn't work
  • Learn from others
  • Solve problems step by step (don't want to achieve too much at once)
  • Make choices

8. Ask for help

Sometimes it helps to talk about it with friends or colleagues. It is difficult to change in stress because under stress you fall into old ingrained behavior patterns. After legalization of CBD oil, CBD and hemp oil is becoming increasingly popular in America as it helps to combat many complaints. Many studies claim that you can also use hemp out or cbd oil if you suffer from stress or anxiety. Even you cbd is now being used in refreshments, beauty products, face masks, gum drops and sports cream. You can see more details on CuraPure.com. But if you are planning to try this remedy, we always recommend to seek some professional help from a coach or your doctor.
