Urinary Incontinence is common in women, but the way it impacts a woman's lifestyle is detrimental. It affects her relationships and her ability to participate in physical activities. Doctors must guide the women and their partners on the necessary measures that can be taken to cure the condition. Other than this, some exercises and therapies can improve the patient's condition.
