So you're working towards getting the results you want but you find it overwhelming or a bit confusing, so what do you do? Start with something small so you can become empowered from within. If this is something you're now learning to do, in order to get the hang of it, you need to begin with something that's not pressing on your mind as much.
Here's a simple exercise you can apply today.
If you find yourself getting frustrated at your work or at home, stop yourself and ask the Spirit for help and guidance. If you're looking for something and can't find it, ask the Spirit to help you and show you where it is.
Think of the different things you encounter during the day time and those issues that seem to get 'under your skin'. Here's the opportunity to turn within and become empowered from within by asking the Spirit for wisdom and direction to deal with the situation peacefully.
Practice looking within first.
I say 'practice' because if you've been accustomed to getting all upset about things first, you'd need to practice reminding yourself to calm down, look within and ask the Spirit for help until this becomes your new habitual mindset. As you practice, what you're doing is retraining or reprogramming the subconscious mind to yield its power to you.
Whatever habit you're trying to break must be rehearsed with the new habit each day.
As you master this, you'll find that you'll begin to see your way much clearer and you'll know how to deal with much more complex issues and break them down each step until you find resolution.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
