Engage Fans On Facebook Likes: Having The "Like" Got You Down?
Are you disappointed that no one or only a few people comment on your wall posts on your Facebook page?
As a business looking to grow brand awareness and customer base through social media, which can be disturbing to see that when we follow the advice of professionals in the marketing of our efforts do not always seem to bear fruit .
We have heard that social media gives us an opportunity to "engage customers in conversation." That in the digital world, where (almost) everyone is connected, we must remember that "it is the customer. That the content has to add value and be of interest to our fans. That the publication of the questions is a great way to encourage a conversation with our customers.
With all this knowledge under our belt firmly that the strategy of working only to discover that it seems we are failing miserably at work. After all, only an average of a fan and as a comment in two or three. And a few fans on Facebook likes seem to respond to questions over labor arming.
We may find ourselves dismayed at the apparent lack of interest in our Facebook likes page and you can feel like we're investing time and energy (aka money) on a strategy that is not working.
For those of you who are discouraged with the fan activity on your Facebook likes page, consider this: a brand with a million followers has an average of 826 and 309 like the comments of each post to Facebook likes. This agreement to simplify the 360, a mark of social media monitoring platform to be seen in the statistics of Facebook likes fans of 50 different brands of consumers (not all of them great), including sports teams and celebrities.
Well, now, I'm no expert, but like 826 and 309 reviews of a million followers seem quite weak, when they decompose.
For example, if you have 300 followers on Facebook likes which means that, on average, for every 1,200 posts you a fan is most likely going to click that "as" what we share (huh?) And after the publication 3236 fan is probably going to comment on a post. WOW, now that would be daunting!
The truth is that while social media like Facebook likes and Twitter have an important role to play in almost any small business today are not silver bullets. Require ongoing management, thinking, supervision and work hard to be more effective.
Although we can relax a bit on the side of the numbers still have to pay attention to them and what we may be saying. The goal for most of us with social media is the involvement of customers and potential customers. The best way seems to involve this group of people is through the exchange of information that is valuable, interesting and useful to them. (It is likely that they will be activated if, after all it is to sell a product or service. Is likely to ignore us and in some cases may even be "unlike" or "stop following" with us.)
Social media gives us a wonderful opportunity to interact with potential customers much earlier in the process of client development. And while you may not click the "like" button or comment on what after many times as you want, that does not mean they are not compromised. Of course, this may mean that although not necessarily.
Social media does not cause customers ove
ight. However, it produces, almost ove
ight, the opportunities. How do we choose to use the opportunities that largely determine our success in the transformation of 'fans' and 'followers' in long-term customers.
