Public sector examination: PSU’s exam

Pattern of PSU’s exam: Technical & non-technical

PSU’s Technical section: Objective question (multiple choice question with four option)

Total Technical question: 100 to 120

Total Non-Technical question: 30-55

Examination duration: 2 hour to 3 hour.

Negative marking scheme: 1/3rd or 1/4th

Important factor in PSU’s examination: 80-90% technical questions based on basic formulas and theorems, laws and working conditions.

Non-technical section include question from verbal & non-verbal reasoning.5-6 question on grammatical error. General knowledge and current affairs (upto 10 question) Logical Reasoning Test (5 question) Arithmetic Reasoning (5 question).

PSU’s key factor in selection: Memorize basic formulas of every subject and try to practice regularly their numerical. Always keep in touch of non technical.
PSU’s coaching is combined in nature as examination pattern vary from one exam to other.
Before you appear in actual PSU’s exam always try to collect previous year question of that particular exam, which gives you clear ideas of their level of difficulty and coverage of subjects.
Always follow one book for one subject and do not try to interrupt your concepts with different books. As target is to maintain single concept so always try easy language books.
If a candidate devote six month for the psu coaching then almost it is sure to qualify in the next few exams. But you need to revise your notes and practice set on regular intervals.
Even you have a silly doubt better try to clear it otherwise always your mind will ping you to know that fact. In this regard you may take help of your coaching mentor.

Once a candidate qualify written exam of any PSU he/she need to appear for interview process.

Always try to improve your communication & presentation skill as it is more important at the time of interview. If you convey your reply in better ways then interviewer will definitely give a good mark. Always try to communicate in English but your gesture and facial expression must be acceptable.

JTO post are very attracting among electronics graduates as its selection process is quite simple. If you want to qualify JTO then better attend JTO coaching program.
