Legacy signals
Legacy popularity: 858 legacy views
Already a month into 2005 – and what has the year brought so far? A sociologist in Britain has observed that January 24th is “the worst day of the year” – presumably in the Northern hemisphere. The excitement of Christmas and anticipation of the New Year has worn off, credit card bills have arrived, the weather is getting people down and any resolutions have already been abandoned. Well, according to that, we are over the hump and things can only get better. And they will get better as long as we believe it and do something about it.
Recently, the “doing something about it” for an increasing number of people has been the acknowledgment that a really good coach makes the difference between having a goal and actually achieving it. At the beginning of the year I met individually with most of the people I am currently coaching, while they reviewed how they had done and what they wanted to manifest for themselves in the coming year. Without exception, all said how they had made personal and professional strides beyond their expectations and wanted to raise the bar.
One told me that his income has doubled along with his self-esteem and that he is ready to take the next big moves in his career and in his personal relationships. Another took the courage to leave an unrewarding job and has found something far more purposeful that paid almost a third as much. Someone else has worked through the loss of a relationship and is now enjoying life more than she has ever done. And another told me that the feeling of being forever stuck in his personal and working life has disappeared and he is forging ahead more positively with a self-confidence he has never known. Several of the couples I have worked with now tell me that they have the best relationship with each other that they have experienced.
The coaching that I, and those I have trained, offer is a specialized and holistic form called Emotional Fitness Coaching. Nobody else in the world offers this. It is a powerful and highly effective process that relies on the coach listening in such a way that the client hears his or her own inner wisdom and becomes empowered to take the action to move forward positively and healthily.
If you haven’t yet experienced our coaching, now is the time. You can have a free initial sample session. Most people who try it out recognize the benefits and want to sign up right away. They are the ones who are serious about manifesting what they really want in their lives. Isn’t it about time for you? And if you want to join a class where you can become an Emotional Fitness Coach, this could be the opportunity that opens up a completely new doorway to your career.
