Has your mind ever been filled with doubts, fears, shame, guilt, and self deprecation. Imagine your mind is like your home. Are there cobwebs? Is there dust? Is the furniture old and tattered?
Throw it out! But have a plan. If you just throw out the couch of “I can’t”, and the bed of “I should”, and the mirror of “ self hatred”, you need to replace it with your true desires. If you erase your need to replace, otherwise your mind will be empty and vacant.
Here are a few examples of how to erase and replace:
PROBLEM: SOLUTION:
I am such a procrastinator...........................................................I am constantly self motivated and efficientr
I am always exhausted..................................................................I have an enormous amount of energy and vitalityr
I keep gaining weight and feel helpless......................................I release excess weight easily and effortlesslyr
It seems I struggle to make every penny...................................I am an attracter to money as it flows into my life easilyr
I am always going to be alone.....................................................I am a magnet to love and to loving, kind peopler
Consciously reprogramming our subconscious mind with positive affirmations will create an internal landscape of what we intend for our conscious minds! We no longer have to be a product of our old, negative conditioning. We can govern our lives by making a personal choice to choose our thoughts, which then will trickle down to our feelings, actions, and ultimately our results. Then in time the cobwebs, dust, and tattered furniture will be replaced with fresh air, new fabrics, and a internal home made of our intentional desires.
