The units they use are gas turbines, and they provide electricity as well as air conditioning. These are used for aircraft operations, and the turbines make more power during flights. These are mostly used for purposes such as military, and they include jammers, decoys and missiles. In designing these engines, Eric applied modern technology. His main goal was to deliver satisfactory services to his clients. Eric has held different positions for the company which include financial manager and analyst. During these times, he acted in an important role by helping with the expansion of the business. In the year 2000, he made the company gone beyond EBIT by about 40%. After this from 2005- 2008 he was made controller of space, which during this time he managed financial matters, operated the business and was in charge of the operation of Long Beach. Between 2008 and 2009, he served the position of financial planning manager. Visselli using his experience of kinetic leadership has contributed to the company’s rise in competitive aerospace industry. Eric Visselli has managed a business with an aspect of $700 million in the United States, Canada and Poland. The company’s relationship with other countries is good as the customer service has stretched out as the far corners of the world. Because of the company’s ability to make products that are of the highest quality, it has been able to reach a symbol of a company that always delivers.
