The boxing sport is an international sport that has found its way into tournaments, Olympic sports and has its own world championship. During the game, a referee oversees the running of the game and ensures that rules are followed. The players fight and take breaks of about three minutes known as rounds. These are used for relaxing and strategizing. A game will be won if one of the players is not capable of continuing with the match. Other wins may be as a result of one of the contestants breaking the rules of the game or any such judgment by the referee. Boxing history can be traced from long ago, as early as 688 BC. The sport has undergone much evolution in the United States and Great Britain. In 2004, it was ranked the hardest sport in the world by ESPN.
