Women breasts keep on changing during entering different phases of life i.e. menstruation, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and menopause. These changes are quite normal and are a part of women life. But sometimes along with normal and natural changes some abnormalities also start developing in women’s breasts. And these abnormalities give birth to a very dangerous disease known to all as, “Breast Cancer”.rnBreast cancer has been causing death in women world since history, but even till now a complete cure is not discovered. But fine news to listen to is that it has become curable only in case when diagnosed near the beginning. rnTarget of diagnosing breast cancer earlier can only be met if you are breast aware. By being breast aware means that you know exact shape and size of your breasts which refers to how your breasts look like and you are aware of what you feel like about your breasts. Feeling breasts can be defined as an ability to understand if something wrong is there inside the breasts. To observe your breasts how they normally look like you need to stand in front of a mirror. View your breasts from all angles while moving your hands above your head and then shifting hands on your hips. You need to look;
    • Shape and size of your both breastsrn• Skin texturern• Shape and texture of nipples
Once you become regular in examining your breasts, all these features of your breasts will be in your mind. Then you have to feel your breasts by tips of your fingers, so that you become familiar with how your breasts feel you. As you practice looking and feeling your breasts regularly, you are aware of what is normal to your breasts. rnBreast cancer in women can cause such changes which a woman can feel very early if she is in habit of looking and feeling her breasts with her hands.
