Everyday is a New Day

Everyday is a new day to begin again. With the dawn of each day we have the opportunity to make a fresh start. Yesterday is over. There is no tomorrow. So let's focus on the now moment

The errors of yesterday are behind us as long as we learn from them. Dragging the weight of those mistakes into this new day weighs us down. We are not fully free. Let go and see that everyday is a new day.

When we experience that everyday is a new day we free ourselves to live in the moment. The blessings, guidance and support of God are here for us in the moment. When we are focused on the past we are not fully present in the new moment.

Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements of truth. We all know truth as it resonates within us. Energy follows awareness. We create through our thoughts, so let’s create consciously. Use affirmations to assist you in being in the moment and seeing that everyday is a new day.

Keep the affirmation very positive - You are creating what you want. Do not focus on what you do not want. What you focus on expands. “I am living in present moment free from the past.”

Use affirmations in the present tense such as “I am doing what I love and living abundantly.”

Make sure your affirmations are simple and to the point, not wordy and long - The subconscious mind can better absorb truth when it is fed with specific information. “I am beautiful, lovable and capable.” Keep it simple.
Get in touch with what you really want in your heart of hearts - This is your life that you are co-creating with the Divine. There is no room for what you ‘should’ want or what others expect you to manifest. Be true to yourself and think creatively.
Conclude your affirmations by stating, “or something better” - Our rational minds are limited, while our Higher Power is unlimited. Be open to even greater possibilities than you can imagine for all things are possible with God.
Repeat your affirmation at least 15 times a day - Repetition imprints the positive statement into your subconscious mind which is very powerful in manifesting your desires. So repeat your affirmations again and again each day.
Everyday is a new dayto remember who you are - a divine being of love and light. Everyday is a new opportunity to express your gifts and share them with the world. We are truly blessed!
