Pregnancy is the most beautiful, wonderful and worth experiencing time for the expecting mothers and their partners. It is also a time of rejoice for friends, family and well wishers. Mother to be goes through a number of physical, emotional and psychological changes in stages of pregnancy. Most women are not aware of how to take care of them when they are pregnant, which is actually bad for their health and unborn health. Pregnant women care is the most important thing to do when you realize that she is expecting. It’s a very clinical time and one needs to pay attention to everything starting from your nutrition, exercises, regular and check-up and proper rest. Remember, pregnancy is blissful. Embrace it, love it and enjoy it! Now, when you’re pregnant it is quite necessary for you to keep a tab on eating habits. Eating healthy food during pregnancy is not only good for you but also better for your child. Healthy food will provide your body all the essential vitamins, proteins and minerals. Your pregnancy diet needs to be well balanced and maintained and should also include starch, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet plan for soon to be mothers require to be highly nutritious diet. Food for pregnant women is a mixture of a right amount of fats, meats, poultry, and dairy products and not to forget folic acid. Folic acid is taken for healthy development of the unborn. During the stages of pregnancy, mother will feel certain selected food cravings, which are strong and you may feel helpless against them. You need to know that what actually you body wants to tell you with these cravings during pregnancy. As advisable, avoid foods that are not good for you and your baby’s health. Expecting mothers require proper care by her husband and family. Due to the swift changes that her body takes place, it becomes a bit hard on the mother. Pregnant women care is highly recommended as her body weight increases, skin becomes dull due to hormone changes. She starts feeling symptoms like fatigue, nausea, food craving and morning sickness, which are stress full and make her feel tired all the time. Also, she should avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs (medical or otherwise). They have a very negative impact on the Childs development. But, also be very careful to not over-do things, and at the same time also remember that some light exercise is also required at all times to keep your body toned and in shape.
