Exams: SSC, IBPS, CMAT

There is stiff competition between different career choices of today. Every field requires good candidates and works very hard on achieving that. For this, exams are held, which are very challenging for the aspiring candidates, for example, SSC exams, IBPS exams and CMAT exams are considered to be some of the tough exams in their respective fields SSC: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts exams for recruiting capable candidates into the government sector jobs in non-technical and non-gazzetted departments. Every year it offers various high profile posts, and through the SSC exams, seeks for candidates with high caliber and with accordance to the post offered. SSC has 7 regional offices all over India. It has its main headquarters in Delhi. Here, all the major decisions related to the recruitements is submitted. Also, an annual report is presented which contains all the work conducted by SSC throughout the year. SSC also conducts typewriting test in English and Hindi, every year. Candidates clearing this can also apply in various government departments for typewriting work. IBPS: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is one of the largest recruiters into the banking industry. Working on international models, it has conducted much successful recruitment. It is well known for its stringent but unbiased methods of recruitments. The tough question paper is designed by the best faculty which is highly trained and professional. It has always extended its work from its confinements and worked for the betterment of the banking industry. Thus this year it is introducing the cwe in 2011. CWE is common written exam which will recruit candidates for the post of clerks and probationary officers, on a large scale, for 19 public sector banks of India. CMAT: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) conducts the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for entry into the management b-schools of India. CMAT will be a computer-based test (CBT). A candidate will read the questions on a computer terminal and choose an answer by clicking on the correct option. Candidates who have flair towards management studies can apply for this post; however it is necessary to have Graduates with 50% in any discipline. Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply. CMAT will be a test to check the caliber of the aspiring candidates and to test if they are capable enough to apply for the best schools in India. SSC exams, CMAT or IBPS exams are all major pre-requisites to gain entry into different fields of career. However, all of them are highly challenging and demand all thoroughly prepared individual who has good knowledge of the world as well as the subjects included in the exam.
