I have had women get awesome arms from doing this workout 3x a week. You can do this at home or even on the road when your in your hotel room. Your actually going to be using a bath tub from the bathroom. This workout is short and sweet...remember its about intensity not time. The workout is called 30's - 20's - 10's. Do 30 push-ups against the side of the bath tub immediately followed by 30 dips, then immediately into 20 push-ups, 20 dips and complete with 10 push-ups and 10 dips. Do one set every MWF morning and your shoulders, upper back, chest, core, biceps and triceps will look and feel FANTASTIC! Only 3 weeks to WOW! The push ups and dips are done on the tub or of course you can use something else that is similar in height like the guy in the picture. Many of you can modify this and start with 20-15-10's or 15-10-5's working your way up to the 30-20-10 goal. (Of course, form is everything!) Excellent for people who travel alot too!
