Hello my friends! If you have been in a gym for some time the chances are really good you will run into somebody who is having some issues with their elbow or maybe you are having some yourself. First, I am not at all a doctor so I am not diagnosing you here. Consult your physician. What I will do is give you an example of what could be causing some discomfort. The first thing I would like you to do is stand up with your arms by your side. Do you notice anything about the position of your hands. Our hands are on an angle. Now turn your palms all the way so that they are facing away from you. Can you feel the stress in the elbow area just by turning your hands that way? How much stress do you think is happening when weight is involved. If you are using a straight bar for some exercises and have elbow pain, then you may have found the culprit. A good way to avoid this is by using the EZ Curl Bar. The EZ curl bar was a great invention because it is made to contour the angles of our hands. This will take stress off the elbows as you are working the biceps. So let’s look at some exercises that may be irritating your elbows and their alte atives. - Instead of STRAIGHT BAR CURLS you can use the EZ CURL BAR to do the curls. -Instead of BENT OVER ROWS( under hand grip) you can use an overhand grip to do rows. -Instead of STRAIGHT BAR NOSE BREAKERS( lying french curls) you can use th EZ CURL BAR to do nose breakers. If you don not have access to an EZ curl bar then you can use dumbbells. I am not saying you can’t do these exercises. If you have been doing these exercises and nothing bothers you, then just keep this in mind if something ever develops. What I do suggest is getting away from them for a bit if you do have some discomfort. Have a great workout! Mike Exercise and Nutrition Tips

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
