According to the January Issue of the Archives of Neurology, senior citizens that participated in moderate exercise on a regular basis have a reduced risk of cognitive impairment. Not only that, but those that participated in moderate activities like swimming, aerobics or yoga have been found to have a 39% reduction in the chances of developing dementia.

It doesn’t matter what age you are, we all know that regular physical activity is good for you. Whether is for boosting your mood or improving your sex life, exercise can help you lead a better, happier life.
