Sensible movement; as every Lovely Lady strives for balance and movement in her life, it is imperative that we discuss the sense of reason and levelheadedness when it comes to addressing the topic of exercise, the idea of equilibrium and the notion of approaching the topic of physical activity with the foresight of longevity.

There are a plethora of options when it comes to moving your beautiful body. You can run, swim, hop, jump, box, kick, dance, row, crawl, ride and what you choose to do is entirely your own business. However, I will have to add my two cents and let you know that if this is going to be a lifelong habit that you are aspiring to create you must be participating in an array of activities that you enjoy, that you are excited to join in on, because the bottom line boils down to if you do not find pleasure in your choices of physical activity, you will not continue.

OK, I hear you, “but it’s just exercise, I just have to get it done and move on.” Right it is exercise and yes, you do need to make sure it is a regular part of your routine, but if you enter into your journey of better health and fitness with a puss on your face that would scare a werewolf, something must be adjusted on your passage. It is absolutely imperative that whatever mode of movement you aspire to participate in, you must enjoy it. Who wants to do something they don’t like? Which Lovely Lady has gotten this far in her life to do something she detests? Not you, not me.

Finding your niche takes time. Discovering your passion requires experimentation and patience. Why not familiarize yourself with a handful of tactics to discover your joys of fitness.

~Be open to new ideas and willing to unlock your potential. ~Be willing to step out of your comfort zone to discover a hidden passion. ~Allow yourself to take a chance and cross your line of possibility. ~Ask a workout buddy to experience your new venture with you. ~Be brave, be kind to yourself and do not settle for mundane movement in your world.

Be sure to choose wisely and select activities that you enjoy to ensure longevity on your continued road to better health and fitness.
