Jumping Jacks: You probably know what this is. Simply put both feet together, with hands on the sides. Move your feet sideways, away from the other. Put your hands up and down, clapping as you reach over your head. Doing 12 repetitions each set is best recommended.
Alternating Sit-ups: Although sit-ups are usually done to develop the torso, this exercise is also great for burning those fats in the upper chest area. What you need to do is to get on your back and simply lift your knees upward. When doing the sit-ups, twist your right elbow towards your left knee, and vice versa. One set should comprise of 12 repetitions.
Rowing: This is just about the single best exercise that not only burns calories, but also develops and tones most parts of the body.
Running: Well, when it comes to burning those calories, you are always on the right track by running. If you cannot do this, however, don’t worry as there are other forms of exercise you can do.
Elliptical Machines: This gym equipment works wonders in toning those arms and legs, and it is also a great calorie burner. One good thing about it is that it is gentle on your joints so you avoid injuries.
Stationary Seat: It is not as easy as it sounds. The exercise is done by looking for a flat wall surface and resting your back against the wall. Go lower as if you are sitting on a chair and stay on to this position for about half a minute. Repeat 12 times for one set.
When you do a combination of these exercises, you can definitely say goodbye to man boobs in just a matter of time. Man boobs can be stressful to a lot of people; do not waste time by just sitting there and not doing anything about it. Do something, now.
