Explore the spectacular scenery of the Cornwall coast which includes a breathtaking selection of wildlife with our Cornwall Boat Trips. From our boat SeaXplorer which seats 12, you can experience nature beyond your wildest dreams and build up wonderful memories to last a lifetime. Our boat trips to Cornwall begin at Rock which is situated on the Camel Estuary near the river of Padstow. From Rock, our boat trips can take you to a selection of locations such as Newquay or Bude where you will simply fall in love with the marine life which include seals, dolphins, basking sharks or sun fish. Expect to see a range of sea birds such as Puffins along the way. These Cornwall Boat trips run for about 2 hours during which you will receive a life jacket. We recommend that passengers wear warm layers as well as a waterproof jacket and trousers and in the wet weather, we can provide full waterproofs. The boat trip is an exhilarating, high speed ride but is suitable for both adults and children. On your boat trip, you will be accompanied by one of our professional guides who will offer a real insight into the history and beauty of the Cornish coastline and its inhabitants. These Cornwall Boat trips begin at Rock Pontoon which is a short ferry ride from Padstow in North Cornwall. From Rock, passengers could choose our Rock to Port Gaverne Boat Tour which features the dolphin grounds in Cornwall. Our boat will head towards the east of Cornwall past Pentire. Along the way, you can admire the scenic, secluded beaches and enigmatic coves of Compit,Ephaven and Lundy. Get your binoculars out as we will see different varieties of sea bird here. A highlight can include observing the Peregrine Falcons who occasionally hunt around the cliffs and also next around this stretch. The boat will the proceed into the small fishing port of Port Quin where passengers can take delight in taking pictures of its idyllic fisherman's cottages and its fish cellars. On the way back to Rock, passengers can get up close and personal with dolphins and on occasion, porpoises. Other than dolphins, you can also go on our Rock to Gulland Tour where passengers can head to the west of Cornwall around Stepper point, past the Butter hole and then to Gulland Rock. This is an island that the local seals use as a nursery and will definitely provided you with a great picture opportunity or two. The trip ends with a a visit to the Trevose lighthouse and then the stunning Padstow Lifeboat facility at Mother Ivyes Bay. Cornwall Boat Trips can also offer a Rock to Rumps tour where the boat will cross Hayle Bay in order to get to the impressive Pentire Headland. From here, we will pass under the 300 ft laval cliffs of the Pentire which will be an incredible experience in itself. We will then head for the Iron Age hill-forts of the Rumps where we could see seals near the sheltered reef. Around the months of May or June, the boat will take you to Moule Island where passengers can observe puffins in flight or feeding their young in their burrows. So if you are looking for your next family water adventure, choose our Cornwall Boat Trips which will offer you a unique look at the beautiful Cornish coast.
