The improved focus on workers contributes to improved motivation among employees, and this consequently provides better productivity. The workers feel more appreciated and therefore cultivate a feeling of loyalty and great work ethic.

The happier the employees are due to strategic HRM, the more important the employee's retention of the business is. By keeping skilled employees, employers save time in addition to hundreds and tens of thousands of brands that could have been spent on recruiting, selection, training, and training of new staff members.
