Lemon-water, lassi and chai are the popular drinks.

Architecture

Evolved through centuries, Indian architecture is the outcome of socio-economic and geographical conditions. Belonging to different periods of history, Indian architecture takes you back to royal era. Taj Mahal, temples of Khajuraho and Vijayanagara are the finest examples of architecture. Buddhist monasteries and stupas are other architectural marvels that speak volume about the great art of past. Stupa at Sanchi and the rock-cut caves at Ajanta are the highlights.
