Express Your Creativity

Express your creativity by first acknowledging that you are a Divine being of love and light. The Goddess is within you whether you are woman or man. That natural vibration of the Sacred Feminine is creativity itself.

So many of my clients feel that they are not creative at all. Yes you are creative. Simply give yourself permission to express your creativity as you are a child of the Universe.

It does not matter what medium you use to express your creativity. Just do it! Express yourself through writing, collage, water color, interior decorating, gardening, dancing, acting, singing, story telling and baby making.

Obstacles to Creativity

Blessed with three beautiful artist friends, Chris, Jayne and Debbie, for the past eleven years I have been able to discover my obstacles to creativity. Once a year we meet for a three day weekend to connect, relax, catch up and express our creativity.

On our first weekend away I saw that one of my obstacles to creativity was the fear that I wasn't good enough. Here I was surrounded by three very talented artists who naturally created daily. I was comparing myself to them which blocked my creative flow. I needed to be loving, nurturing, accepting and patient with myself as my friends were with me.

Then I started to paint with water colors as my friends suggested. More fear came up about my art being judged as inexperienced and not up to par. They were not judging me, I was judging me. Self judgement was another one of my obstacles to creativity that was revealed to me that weekend.

"Just Play"

"Just play" were the words Chris said to me that set me free to be the creative being that I am. The big kid in me loves to play. In doing so I let go of limiting beliefs that allows me to live my true potential.

So simple yet so profound were her words of encouragement. "Just play." It is about being in the moment with no thoughts therefore nothing holding me back, practicing self love.

"Just play." Open the door, the windows, open the floodgates and be your creative self. Now I am most joyful when I am being creative whether it is writing, drumming, making a collage or creating a sacred space. It connects me to the Sacred Feminine within.

Express your creativity as the Divine being that you are. It is your birthright that fulfills you in the moment. You are expressing who you are and rediscovering parts of yourself in the process of Divine Creating with consciousness. And so it is!

Intuitive Readings in Saugerties NY and by Phone

When a client sets up an Intuitive Reading session with me I suggest that they write down their questions before the session. The specific questions help the client to focus their intention on what they want guidance for in their life.

At the beginning of the Intuitive Reading with each individual, I go into a meditative state and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for the client. The answer to each question flows through me in words and pictures. The information that I channel is spiritual yet practical.
