The users of these mouth trays should continue the process for as long as one month.
Laser – This is one of the most popular types of home teeth whitening kits that include plasma arc light, a mouth tray that the user has to fit around his teeth and a disposable syringe which is used to inject the whitening gel into the mouth try. However, the key component of such kits is the carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide gel. The trays contained by the kits must be placed on teeth for half an hour every day. The process should be continued for 7 days.
