Vitiligo is a common skin problem, due to which many people is suffering nowadays. In this disease, white patches develop on the skin. These patches may appear in any part of the body including area near the mouth, near eyes, in hands or legs or in any other part of the body. It can affect the scalp and hairs as well. Vitiligo is caused due to lack of Melanin production in our skin. Melanin is a pigment which produces and maintains skin's natural colour. Due to some reason, Melanin stops its function which causes this disease to happen.
