Evelyn has been married for three years and has not been pregnant. Later, she went to the hospital for a fallopian tube examination at the doctor's suggestion. It was found that the woman's tubal obstruction caused infertility. She was confused because she had never been pregnant and had never miscarried. How could the fallopian tube be blocked? It seems that everyone has a big misunderstanding about fallopian tube blockage. We all know that the normal pregnancy process requires these conditions: 1. The ovary has mature eggs; 2. The mature egg enters the fallopian tube smoothly; 3. Healthy sperm enters along the fallopian tube and combines with the egg smoothly; 4. The fertilized egg returns to the uterus along the fallopian tube; 5. The uterus has a suitable environment for the implantation of fertilized eggs; 6. The internal environment of the uterus is suitable for embryo growth. Abortion is only one of the reasons for blocking the fallopian tube. Excessive or improper abortion operations, such as mechanical stimulation and improper operation, often lead to secondary inflammatory infections in women, which may lead to tubal obstruction or even other complications, causing great harm to women's health. However, this is only one of the reasons. An unhealthy lifestyle can lead to tubal obstruction, such as sexual intercourse during menstruation, dirty sex, and frequent vaginal bleeding. During women's menstrual period, the endometrium falls off, and the blood sinuses in the cavity are open. If you ignore hygiene or have sex during the menstrual period, bacteria can easily invade it, causing bacterial infection, vaginitis, cervicitis, and other common gynecological diseases. If not treated in time, the fallopian tube will be affected over time, causing the mucous membrane of the inner layer of the fallopian line to adhere due to inflammation, leading to the narrowing or blocking of the lumen. In this way, the passage of eggs, sperm, or fertilized eggs will be blocked, resulting in infertility. To sum up, too many improper abortion operations, unhealthy lifestyles, and gynecological diseases are all factors that cause tubal obstruction. Therefore, women who are not pregnant may also be blocked. How to judge whether the fallopian tube is blocked? To determine whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed, it is generally necessary to perform tubal patency, hysterosalpingography, as well as laparoscopic tubal patency under direct vision, hysteroscopic tubal intubation patency, and laparoscopic joint examination, as follows: 1. Tubal patency: use the catheter to inject liquid into the uterine cavity, observe the resistance, whether there is reflux, and judge whether the fallopian tube is smooth according to the patient's feeling. If the resistance is significant and the patient is often accompanied by pain, tubal obstruction is often considered. 2. Hysterosalpingography: For salpingography with lipiodol, the contrast agent is injected into the uterine cavity through the catheter to observe whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed, the blocked part, and the shape of the uterine cavity under X-ray. It is a relatively intuitive detection method with high accuracy. 3. Laparoscopic tubal drainage inspection and hysteroscopic tubal intubation drainage inspection: an endoscopic technique is used to accurately insert the catheter into the opening of the fallopian tube under hysteroscope and observe whether there is liquid outflow at the fimbria of the fallopian line under the laparoscopy monitoring, which has a relatively high inspection accuracy. What about tubal obstruction? 1. Drug treatment: There are many reasons for tubal obstruction in women, one of which can be caused by inflammation. Patients can choose the traditional Chinese medicine Fuyan Pill for anti-inflammatory treatment. It can eliminate symptoms, clear the uterine environment, and enhance the chance of natural pregnancy. 2. Routine surgical treatment: Surgical surgery is required for females with severe fallopian tube obstruction. Many patients with fallopian tube blockage are often caused by long-term fallopian tube adhesion, so the treatment effect of common drugs is not very good. Generally, we know from doctors about a kind of operation, such as fallopian tube anastomosis, stoma, adhesion separation, etc. This type of an operation mainly controls the location of fallopian tube lesions. However, this treatment has a large wound and takes a long time to recover after the procedure. 3. Dredging treatment: This treatment method is called tubal drainage. This method is mainly carried out within three to five days after cleaning the menstrual period. Generally speaking, this treatment method takes a long time and requires continuous treatment, which takes about 2-3 menstrual cycles. However, regarding the current treatment effect, this treatment method could be better for treating tubal obstruction. Of course, many patients are cured by this method. If the woman is too old, the infertility period is too long, the ovarian reserve function is decreased, the endometriosis is complicated, the man is seriously oligospermia and hypothermia, and the treatment is ineffective, we should consider test-tube babies. Usually, the doctor doesn't ask you to have a salpingography immediately. After evaluating the whole patient and other routine examinations, it is recommended to check the fallopian tube. Of course, it is up to the patient to decide whether to do it. The important thing is to go to the regular hospital for examination and treatment. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to welcome the baby as soon as possible.
